Payments
One Payment Plan: Due Aug 1
Two Payment Plan: Half due July 1 & Half due January 1
Ten Month Plan: First payment due Aug 1, then each month thereafter through May. (Divide your child’s tuition by 10 to get the monthly payment amount)
Many Veritas families utilize the Arizona tax credit programs to offset (or entirely cover) tuition, and we understand that these scholarships are often delayed and/or are difficult to fully estimate. Accordingly, Veritas Academy seeks to work with our families in regards to the timing of payments. If you are actively working towards tax credit donations, please let the Veritas office know so that we can work with you.
That said, Veritas Academy expects for all tuition balances for a given school year to be paid before registration in classes for in the following year can be secured.
Withdrawals
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child, you will be charged on the following basis:
Multiple Student Discount
Veritas offers a multiple student discount for the School of Logic (7-8) and the School of Rhetoric (9-12) and those families with three or more students in attendance. This discount is not available to families who receive scholarship monies for their full tuition. It is available to families that self-pay and/or rely on tuition tax credits for payments. You can receive
25% tuition for the third student in attendance,
50% off tuition for the fourth student in attendance, and
75% off tuition for any students after the fourth.
1st Semester
Prior to June 1: 0% due
Between June 1 – Sept. 1: 20% of Semester Tuition Due
After Sep. 1: No Refund of Semester Tuition
2nd Semester
Prior to Jan. 1: 0% due
Between Jan. 1 – Feb. 1: 20% of Semester Tuition Due
After Feb. 1: No Refund of Semester Tuition
